As a Senior Vice President, Mr. Wang focuses on new business development, loan origination, and credit analysis. Prior to joining Emerald Creek, Mr. Wang was an Associate on the commercial real estate team at Bank of China, New York Branch. During his tenure, he underwrote and closed over $2 billion of commercial real estate loans in Manhattan. He also managed a corporate deposit portfolio which grew to $9 billion during his time at Bank of China. Mr. Wang received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at Yale University. Mr. Wang currently serves as President of the American Chinese Real Estate Society (ACRES).
