Mr. Tenenbaum joined the Emerald Creek Capital origination team in July 2022. As a Vice President, he specializes in loan origination, underwriting and asset management. Previously, Mr. Tenenbaum was a Vice President in the valuation department at Bowery Valuation after he held the same role with Newmark. He has 12 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience and obtained his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2014. He graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Event, Hospitality and Sports Management from the George Washington University. Mr. Tenenbaum is a member of the Young Leadership Organization of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis through The George Washington University.
