Ms. Petrozziello is the Chief Compliance Officer and a Managing Director at Emerald Creek. Her responsibilities include investor relations, portfolio financing, and loan closing. Ms. Petrozziello is a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of commercial real estate experience. Prior to Emerald Creek, she served as an Assistant Vice President at Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE).
At CCRE, Ms. Petrozziello concentrated on financial projections, new business initiatives and the funding and settlement of conduit loan securitizations. She began her career at Ernst and Young, LLP working in Real Estate Audit and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Accountancy.
