Tom Hollins

Managing Director

Tom Hollins is a Managing Director at Emerald Creek Capital, where he is responsible for originating, evaluating, structuring and executing real estate acquisitions and joint venture equity partnerships. Prior to joining Emerald Creek, Tom was a Partner and Principal at Paragon Outcomes Management. At Paragon, he was responsible for building the firm’s real estate platform, which successfully executed over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions, including $500 million of joint venture and preferred equity transactions with institutional operating partners in the multifamily, industrial, self-storage and office sectors. Tom was directly involved in the launch of Paragon’s real estate income fund, focusing on generating low-volatility returns for investors.

Before joining Paragon, Tom was a Vice President at PineBridge Investments, where he originated, evaluated and executed private equity and subordinated debt investments. Tom began his career at Wachovia Securities in the industrials investment banking group. Tom received a B.A. from Emory University with majors in Economics and Political Science and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
