Zvi Waldman is an Advisor at Emerald Creek Capital, where he oversees asset management. Previously, as Vice President at Emerald Creek Capital, he was responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring, and executing real estate loans, acquisitions, and joint venture equity partnerships. Prior to Emerald Creek Capital, Mr. Waldman was with Harbor Group International, where he underwrote CMBS investments for the firm’s Special Situations Group. He earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and graduated cum laude from IDC Herzliya with a dual B.A. in Business Management and Law.
