In March of 2020, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $4,000,000 bridge loan for the acquisition of two NNN-leased investment properties located in greater Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA. The properties are both single-tenant retail buildings on 1-acre sites, each currently NNN-leased to Bojangles’ restaurants. The combined area of the two buildings totals 7,697 square feet. The first property is located in Hermitage, a suburban neighborhood 16 miles northeast of downtown Nashville. The second property is situated 45 miles northeast of Atlanta in the city of Flowery Branch. Both sites reside on well-trafficked commercial corridors within highly developed areas favorable to net-leased retail stores.
