The security for Emerald Creek Capital’s loan was a 2,800 SF duplex Co-Op, in the Tribeca section of Manhattan, NY. Additional security for the transaction was a 5,000 sq ft mixed use building in the Lower East Side Section of Manhattan, NY. Emerald Creek Capital closed this transaction in nine business days as the sponsor had an expiring purchase contract.
