In March 2016, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $13,000,000 acquisition loan in Pennsdale, PA. This loan enabled the borrower to purchase the Lycoming Mall, an 806,788 SF super-regional mall built on 156 acres. With over 85 tenants, the Lycoming Mall boasts occupancy in excess of 95%. Lycoming Mall is anchored by Macy’s, Sears, JC Penney, the Bon Ton, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Burlington Coat Factory. Supporting retailers include Old Navy, Foot Locker, Best Buy, Books-A-Million, Victoria’s Secret, and Champs Sports, among others. With a hard deposit down and less than 30 days to close, the borrower turned to Emerald Creek Capital for certainty of execution.
