In February of 2013, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $1,450,000 commercial bridge loan secured by a three-story apartment building in Hempstead, NY. The elevator building contains 36 units and a separate one-story room, for a gross building area of 27,369 SF. This bridge loan enabled the borrower to refinance his existing mortgage and escape a default on the property.
