The loan is secured by two prime development sites totaling 5,540 square feet. Located within the Special Midtown District, the sites allow for a total of 74,063 square feet of zoning floor area. Midtown is a central and vibrant neighborhood with a high concentration of office buildings, retail shopping, and residential towers. The area is home to some of Manhattan’s most iconic skyscrapers and landmarks. The properties are well served by public transportation including the 4, 5, 6, B, D, E, F, and M subway lines as well as the Metro-North Railroad and LIRR at Grand Central Terminal.
