Approved plans by the DOB include a 1-story retail building with 2,888 square feet on the ground floor and 2,888 square feet of cellar space. The Fulton Ferry Historic District is a waterfront area comprised of historic brick buildings within Brooklyn Heights, a vibrant neighborhood with an abundance of parks, restaurants, and entertainment. The subject property benefits from access to the 2, 3, A, C, and F trains, and the Ferry at Pier One with service to Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.
