In July of 2014, Emerald Creek Capital provided a one-year $1,650,000 loan secured by mortgages on residential and mixed-use buildings in northern New Jersey. The buildings were located in the towns of Midland Park, Ridgefield Park, Cliffside Park, and Hawthorne. Emerald Creek’s bridge loan provided cash out proceeds that were utilized for a separate acquisition.
