In August of 2011, Emerald Creek Capital provided a bridge loan to continue financing the soft costs related to the development project. The collateral for the loan is a fully developable 12 acre site along Route 78 in Oceanside, CA. The borrowers are in the final stages of receiving approvals for a Hilton Hotel.
