In August of 2013, Emerald Creek Capital provided a one-year $1,750,000 commercial bridge loan. The loan was secured by a 6,100 SF property located on Lafayette Street in downtown Manhattan, NY. The property allows for residential and commercial space including a three story townhouse apartment. Emerald Creek’s bridge loan enabled the borrower to refinance an existing loan while leaving enough equity for additional investments.
