In August of 2014, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $1,850,000 bridge loan in Meriden, CT. The security for the loan is The Infinity, a 106 unit extended stay hotel set on five acres. Built in 1991, the subject property offers such amenities as an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, basketball courts, and laundry facility. Proceeds included paying off an existing mortgage, allocating for immediate repairs, and settling a tax obligation.
