Built on a 5.09 acre site, the subject property has a gross building area of 96,811 SF and is over 80% occupied by more than 30 professional tenants. With over $200,000 of nonrefundable deposit at risk and a short window close, the borrower turned to Emerald Creek Capital for certainty of execution.
