In December 2015, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $2,500,000 construction loan in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, NY. The loan was secured by an existing 6,100 SF landmarked commercial building, with approvals in place for the conversion to a mixed-use building containing four residential units and one commercial unit. The subject property is located within the South Street Seaport Historic District and enjoys access to the 2, 3, A, & C subway lines and the Brooklyn Bridge.
