In February of 2018, Emerald Creek Capital provided $3,150,000 of bridge financing for an acquisition in Fort Myers, FL. The loan is secured by the subject property, a 7.87-acre development site encompassing one square block in downtown Fort Myers. Plans call for the construction of a mixed-use development complex. The future plans will encompass a 10,500 square foot retail building, 294-unit apartment building, 4-story parking garage, and a 130-150 key hotel. Residents will enjoy community gardens, an outdoor pool, grilling area, and clubhouse. Located one block away from the waterfront, the completed development will benefit from the various restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment offered by Fort Myers’ lively River District.
