In May of 2022, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $3,300,000 acquisition loan in the city of Trenton, NJ. The loan is secured by two warehouse buildings totaling 57,131 square feet and one 14,450 square foot office building situated on 5.16-acres. The subject property is 100% occupied by two NNN-leased tenants. Trenton is New Jersey’s state capital centrally located along the Delaware River between New York and Philadelphia. The historic city is well known as a hub for manufacturing, and in recent years has seen significant investment in commercial and residential development. The subject property benefits from proximity to numerous major roadways including I-95, I-295, I-195, and Route 1.
