In December of 2016, Emerald Creek Capital (ECC) provided a $3,500,000 loan for the refinance of a 64,302-square foot office building in Centennial, Colorado, one of the state’s largest cities.  The subject property is part of the Potomac Park Business and Industrial Complex, a 154-acre development plan containing office, retail and light industrial property uses. The property is accessible by numerous interstate transportation corridors and Centennial Airport is located approximately two miles southwest.
