In December of 2019, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $3,850,000 bridge loan in the town of Woodridge, IL. The loan is secured by a free-standing retail building currently occupied by a CVS drugstore.   The building encompasses 13,100 square feet of net rentable area and is situated on a 1.337-acre lot. The site has access from multiple entrances and contains a drive-through pharmacy window.  Woodridge is a suburban community located approximately 25 miles southwest of downtown Chicago and 6 miles east of Naperville. The subject property benefits from its location in an active retail center with access from several major roadways including Interstate-355 and Interstate-55.
