The loan was secured by 20 residential units at the six-story complex consisting of 141 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms. The full-service complex contains indoor and outdoor recreational facilities as well as 343 parking spaces. The Hudson River waterfront is a short drive from the site, from where Manhattan is easily accessible by commuter rail.
