In August 2016, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $4,500,000 acquisition loan in Savannah, GA. This loan enabled the borrower to purchase fee interest and leasehold interest totaling 816,673 SF of retail space within the 940,408 SF Savannah Mall, a regional mall built on 75 acres.
Savannah Mall is anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Dillard’s, Burlington Coat Factory, and Target (tenant-owned). Junior Anchors include Virginia College and A.C. Moore. Supporting tenants include Victoria’s Secret, Champs Sports, Rue21, Ruby Tuesday’s, and Texas Roadhouse.
