$4,800,000 – South Elgin, IL


In November of 2013, Emerald Creek Capital provided a one-year $4,800,000 commercial bridge loan secured by two retail strip centers totaling 47,600 SF located roughly 30 miles outside of Chicago. The properties are in a high traffic and affluent area with great visibility. Emerald Creek’s bridge loan enabled the borrower to refinance the existing mortgages and help pay off a CMBS loan that was approaching maturity.
