WSB_Night

In April of 2013, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $5,000,000 rehab loan to complete the restoration of the historic Williamsburg Savings Bank. The building, originally built in 1875 by George Post is now one of the premier event centers in New York City operating under the name Weylin B. Seymour. The restoration has been the recipient of such awards as the Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award by The New York Landmarks Conservancy, the New York State Historic Preservation Award by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, and the Excellence in Historic Preservation by the Preservation League of New York State. The restoration has been featured by the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
