In March of 2014, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $5,250,000 acquisition loan secured by a development site on 14th St between 7th & 8th Avenues. Although the property is currently improved with an 8,000 SF vacant building, the site allows for a gross building area of 15,000 SF. The borrower proceeded with Emerald Creek on Friday, March 14th, and the loan closed on Tuesday, March 18th (3 business days).
