In April of 2011, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $550,000 commercial bridge loan for the acquisition and renovation of a Historic Brownstone. The building is located on Grove Street in the downtown section of Jersey City, NJ. The Historic Brownstone was comprised of four units totaling 3,300 SF. The sponsor is a New Jersey based developer with experience acquiring and renovating historic brownstones in Jersey City, NJ.
