In June of 2011, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $550,000 commercial bridge loan which provided cash out proceeds for an acquisition of a leasehold interest. The security for Emerald Creek Capital’s bridge loan was a 5,000 SF commercial building in Norwalk, CT. Additional security for the transaction was a leasehold interest in a single family residence in Lavallette, NJ with 40 years remaining.
