In July of 2011, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $550,000 commercial bridge loan for the refinance of a Discounted Payoff Agreement. The security for Emerald Creek Capital’s bridge loan was a 6,329 SF vacant restaurant (formerly a Charlie Brown’s).
