In November of 2022, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $5,500,000 bridge loan secured by two commercial properties in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. The first property consists of a 10,695 square foot site with 23,529 square feet of buildable area. The subject property is positioned for development into a mixed-use apartment building. The second property securing the loan is a 3,750 square foot retail building located two blocks from the waterfront, occupied by a high-end restaurant. Williamsburg is one of Brooklyn’s most desirable neighborhoods directly across the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan. The area is a hub for the arts and music community and has evolved into a vibrant neighborhood of vintage boutiques, eateries, and music venues. Both properties are desirably located and easily accessible by multiple transportation options.
