In October of 2010, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $650,000 commercial bridge loan which provided cash out proceeds for debt consolidation and to improve the sponsor’s liquidity. The security for Emerald Creek Capital’s bridge loan is an 8,500 SF grade retail condo on the 23rd street corridor in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, NY. Additional security for the transaction was a 200 SF storage unit.
