$700,000 – Manhattan, NY (Midtown)

In October of 2011, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $700,000 bridge loan, which provided cash out proceeds for the development of a project outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. The security for Emerald Creek Capital’s loan was a 900 SF condo, in the Essex House luxury hotel and residential tower across from Central Park in Midtown Manhattan, NY.
