In July of 2010, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $750,000 commercial bridge loan which provided cash out proceeds for a separate business venture. The security for Emerald Creek Capital’s bridge loan was a 1,146 SF beachfront condo, at the Sea Colony in Santa Monica, CA. Additional security for the transaction was a 4,200 SF four unit multifamily dwelling in Katonah, NY.
