In June of 2021, Emerald Creek Capital provided an $8,000,000 acquisition loan in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, FL. The loan is secured by a 65,700 square foot development site with plans for a 211,477 square foot Class-A mixed-use building. The 12-story building will consist of 225 luxury apartments above 22,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Residential amenities will include a rooftop pool, dog park, offices, lounge, and fitness center. Wynwood is a desirable neighborhood just north of downtown Miami, known for its vibrant art scene and edgy, industrial vibe. The area continues to see major revitalization with the development of high-end apartment and retail complexes amid an abundance of trendy bars and restaurants, chic boutiques, museums, and galleries. The subject property is located a short walk to the waterfront and benefits from its proximity to I-95 and Biscayne Boulevard.
